Mission
At SEI, we invest in lasting relationships.
All of our projects start with a situation assessment, which is always performed at no charge or obligation. During this process, we work with the client to learn about their environment, identify major issues that need to be addressed, and determine precisely how SEI can benefit the organization. Based on the situation assessment, we prepare a proposal that outline SEI’s scope of services, guaranteed performance outcomes, and corresponding costs.
Our guiding principles are:
- Maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professional ethics.
- Upholding every commitment made by an SEI associate, every time.
- Setting the standard for high quality management support.
- Ensuring that clients receive significantly greater benefit than what they invest in SEI.
- Continually enhancing the professional excellence and personal fulfillment of all SEI associates.
Our clients are the focal point of everything we do. Each project has a highly experienced project manager who is empowered to mobilize all of SEI’s resources in order to achieve its defined objectives. This approach gives our clients the greatest level of influence, and maximizes the value and expertise the clients can draw from SEI.
We also believe in collaboration. SEI understands the need for organizations to explore beneficial relationships with one another in an effort to strengthen programs and avoid unnecessary duplication of services. Our business is no different. We actively seek partnership opportunities and welcome inquiries from other management support organizations (whether nonprofit or for profit), to see how we may share resources and expertise. This approach allows us to have the greatest positive impact in enhancing vital public and community services.
