Kelly Marschall
Kelly Marschall came to SEI in 1998 and has over 23 years of professional experience, 13 of which involve providing direct consulting services to public and private organizations.
She has exemplary strategic planning and facilitation skills and has facilitated a convening of international oral health professionals, several statewide university and association planning efforts and over 50 local strategic plans in a variety of environments and topic areas including aging services, health, housing, technology, universal preschool, hunger, legal needs, and community wide planning for a variety of First 5 Commissions. She is highly skilled in identifying system improvement opportunities and working with those involved to implement changes.
She has served as the project leader since 2006 for organizational assessments, capacity building, and sustainability planning for Family Resource Centers in Kings County. Clients have included the American Association of Public Health Dentistry, California Dental Association, California Association of Nonprofits, and Preschool for All (Power of Preschool) countywide planning for Napa, Solano and Butte Counties.
Prior to joining SEI, Kelly served as the lead accreditor for the Nevada State Bureau of Alcohol and Drug Abuse, conducting program evaluations and providing technical assistance for dozens of substance abuse treatment programs throughout the State of Nevada, and was the executive director of a nonprofit behavioral health agency.
Kelly earned a Masters of Social Work, with High Honors, from the University of Nevada, Reno and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
