Operations Support

For new organizations, we can serve as interim staff to support all management and operational functions until such time that the organization is ready to hire permanent staff. This can be extremely beneficial to the organization because we can leverage our extensive experience and library of organizational development tools to create a strong internal infrastructure (systems, policies and procedures, etc.) during our tenure, enabling permanent staff to focus their energies on the organization’s mission rather than developing internal infrastructure. We also serve established organizations by providing targeted operational support to augment their existing staff.

Event Planning and Management

Whether a half-day event or a large multi-day / multi-track conference is desired, we can manage all aspects of preparing and conducting the event. This includes planning the event program, securing presenters, arranging the facility and all necessary services (food, audio/visual, etc.), managing registrations and handling on-site coordination of logistics throughout the event.
