“SEI applies a discipline and rigor to all projects, whether it’s an internal project to improve our own way of doing business or that of a client. I love being part of a team that is so disciplined and yet flexible and ready to learn. Being “mission-driven” has become somewhat of a buzzword, but at SEI it is absolutely true. In just about every meeting or conversation we have, we are discussing our mission and guiding principles to ensure that they are applied to the benefit of every client we serve.”
