Emma Rodriguez, MPP is a Client Services Associate at Social Entrepreneurs (SEI) and has over ten years of experience working in the governmental and non-profit sectors. Emma worked in the United States Senate in Washington, D.C. where she served as a Leadership Advisor and was responsible for managing floor debate and conducting legislative research and strategy, policy analysis and legislative relations. She returned to her home state of Nevada in 2018 to serve as the Health Policy Manager at the Children’s Advocacy Alliance. In this role, she researched policies and trends in children’s health care, managed grants, drafted legislation, and produced advocacy materials including briefing papers and fact sheets. She also facilitated a statewide coalition working to improve access to health care in Nevada.

 

Emma earned a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature with a minor in Politics from Whitman College.
